Well, the all-new duffco.com has been up for a few weeks now (officially, we launched Monday, the 25th). Since that time we’ve had some terrific feedback on the website. At its heart, this is a place for customers and potential customers to learn about who we are, what we offer, and how to get in touch with us. If you have any suggestions, we want to hear.
While we offer a vast inventory and a wide range of products, alongside the best customer service in the business, what’s most critical to our company’s success is our employees. As you can see in the below picture, we were open last Saturday during the blizzard that dumped more than 30 inches (!) of snow, demonstrating our commitment to our customers. The picture below was taken about 7 a.m. on Saturday the 23rd, which was only halfway into the snowfall. This goes to show: We truly do have the best, and most dedicated, staff in the business.
Having said this, let me keep in focus the purpose of this website. It’s for you, the customer and prospective customer. With that in mind, I encourage you to let me know of any suggestions, comments or questions about this website.
